5 School Days Left in Grade One!
Spelling Update:
We completed our spelling test today and we will be sending home one more list of spelling words to be completed for next Monday.
Byblos Bakery came to visit!
A nutritionist from Byblos bakery came to Crossing Park School.
She taught the students about healthy lunches and snacks
that they can make using pita pockets.
Each student had an opportunity to make a tasty snack using a pita pocket. Our choices of sauces and fillings were: pizza sauce, ranch dressing, mustard, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, turkey and cheese. They were delicious !
Thank you for your support by helping us purchase the fillings for our Pita Pockets!
Today we also learned about insects.
